started asking where the person I was talking to was, Yep, they're all in
India. Dont get me wrong, got nothing against India, or the folks there, BUT if I'm paying insurance premiums, I expect the money to be utilised in the UK. Same applies to banks, who seem very keen on farming out the call centre tasks .... Well, I object And I want a forum in which I can register my objection, anyone with me ? |
